Oasis Diagnostics (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health information you share with us, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable healthcare confidentiality standards.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, date of birth and clinical history — when you book an appointment, visit our facility, or contact us. We also collect the results of tests and scans performed on your behalf.
Your information is used to schedule and deliver laboratory and imaging services, communicate your results to you and, where authorised, your referring physician, process billing and HMO claims, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties.
We share information only with your referring physician (where applicable), your HMO for billing purposes, and service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information beyond this only where required by law.
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including restricted access to patient records and secure result delivery.
